Perfect Gym is a rapidly growing SaaS company that has been providing comprehensive software for managing fitness clubs, gyms, swimming pools and sports facilities since 2009. Its solutions are used by more than 1,000 clubs in 55 countries around the world - from local facilities to large chains such as Fitness First, Go24 Fitness and Gold's Gym.

In 2020, the company needed to strengthen its sales team with a Head of Sales to support the CEO in building and scaling its international sales strategy.

Challenge

Perfect Gym tried to recruit on its own, but the available candidates did not meet the company's expectations. Key requirements included:

  • Experience in scaling SaaS sales in foreign markets,

  • The ability to work with data and build a sales strategy based on KPIs,

  • Leadership competencies - supporting, developing and managing a sales team,
