Fast Forward Solutions was founded in 2017 in Gdańsk based on a simple idea—to make the recruitment process for tech and sales roles different from the standard job posting.
Instead of collecting resumes from job boards, we started by reaching out directly to candidates who aren’t looking for work—because the best ones rarely do. Direct Search has become part of our DNA.
Today, we operate out of Warsaw and Gdańsk, serving tech, SaaS, fintech, and e-commerce companies in Poland and abroad. Over the past 8 years, we have successfully completed over 350 projects—ranging from specialist roles to C-level positions.
