Collecting data and assessing opportunities

At the outset, Fast Forward Solutions carefully gathers information from the client to understand the job requirements and the company's expectations. It then evaluates market opportunities and decides whether to start the project.

Establishing rules of cooperation and defining the persona of the ideal candidate

At this stage, the agency works with the client to determine the exact responsibilities and profile of the ideal candidate. This is crucial to successfully matching candidates to the company's needs.

Preparation of recruitment plan and selection of methods

We develop a detailed plan for the recruitment process, selecting the appropriate methods and tools to be used in finding and evaluating candidates.

Discreetly conduct interviews with candidates

During this phase, Fast Forward Solutions interviews potential candidates while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality. If necessary, we sign NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) with candidates. This is crucial to protect information about both the company and the candidates themselves. The candidate does not know what the company is about until he or she signs an NDA-type agreement.
