Analysis of business needs and context

We begin each project with a thorough understanding of the client's business objectives and the specifics of the position. We analyze the organizational culture, the structure of the team and the challenges faced by the future leader.
On this basis, we develop a profile of the ideal candidate, which takes into account not only competencies, but also the fit with the management style and values of the organization.

Search strategy

We create a customized Direct Search strategy, including mapping the market, identifying target companies and determining channels to reach candidates.
By combining industry knowledge, competitive analysis and AI tools, we are able to focus our efforts on the right people - those who can realistically impact the performance of our client's organization.

Identification and mapping of candidates

As part of the research , we identify key leaders, managers and experts, often employed by competing organizations.
We create a market map of 100 to 200 potential candidates, analyzing their experience, track record and fit with the company's culture.
We then select a group of the most promising individuals who meet the defined criteria.

Direct contact and initial assessment

We establish direct contact with selected candidates, introducing them to the project in a confidential and engaging manner.
Already at this stage we assess motivation, competence and readiness for change. Our goal is not only to get the candidate interested, but also to build trust, which enables an open conversation about their plans and expectations.

Calibration with the customer

We present the first 3-5 candidates to calibrate expectations with the client and confirm the direction of the search.
This is the stage where we discuss market information, salary levels and trends among industry leaders - helping the client make informed decisions about recruitment strategy.

Selection and recommendation

We conduct in-depth interviews with candidates - both video interviews and in-person meetings.
We assess their experience, leadership style, cultural fit and potential to achieve business goals.
As a result, we present a shortlist (shortlist) of 3-4 finalists who best fit the organization's needs.

Verification and finalization

At the final stage, we conduct a background check and verify references, ensuring full confidentiality and integrity.
We also support the client in negotiating the terms of employment, helping to reach an agreement that satisfies both parties.
The entire process ends with the signing of a contract and support during the first weeks of the new leader's implementation.

If this happens during the guarantee period, we simply restart the recruitment process at FFS's expense.

Our guarantee means resuming the recruitment process at FFS's expense, regardless of the reasons for the employee's departure (at the employee's or employer's initiative) during the guarantee period.
