Purposes and basis of data processing - Customers and potential customers

Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter: "RODO").
Personal data is processed for contact purposes, including to answer a question asked via the contact form available on the website, i.e. in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO. Data may also be processed when it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract and fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator. The above is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the RODO.
The provision of data is voluntary, and in contractual relations it is a requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract. The consequence of failing to provide data in the contact form will be the inability to receive an answer to the question asked.
It is possible to object to the processing of data, request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and transfer. Everyone also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.

Transfers of data to third countries

We store some recruitment data in systems provided by other companies located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we always enter into entrustment agreements with such companies for the processing of personal data based on standard contractual clauses in accordance with the RODO.

We want to make sure that your data is stored and transferred securely. We will therefore transfer data outside the European Economic Area or EEA (Member States of the European Union plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein) where this is in accordance with data protection legislation and the means of transfer provide adequate protection for your data, for example:
