Thanks to this, Hensel is able to meet the expectations of the most demanding customers, offering comprehensive and professional solutions. Maintaining relationships with customers is crucial for the company's long-term success.

Challenge

The challenge we faced involved several aspects. First of all, technical and sales advisors at Hensel must have broad technical knowledge and sales skills. In addition, efficient and regular use of CRM systems is required, which demands a solid knowledge of IT tools.

One of the biggest challenges was the recruitment strategy that we, as a recruitment agency, decided to adopt. Due to the specifics of the electrical engineering industry and the fact that traditional job advertisements do not bring the expected results, we decided to use a Direct Search strategy. It consisted of actively searching for candidates, not only from the electrical and construction industry, but also from the FMCG sector, which was possible thanks to very good onboarding processes and training. This decision was aimed at introducing new perspectives and skills to the Hensel sales team, which could contribute to the company's innovation and effectiveness. However, this approach increased the difficulty in finding suitable people who would not only meet the technical requirements but also have experience in various sectors. Building long-term relationships with clients and actively acquiring new contacts was also crucial.

An important element of the work of technical and sales advisors is also negotiating the terms of transactions, which is essential in the context of comprehensive customer service and the creation of technical and commercial offers.

 

Action strategy and recruitment process

We started the work with:

Candidate Identification. In the recruitment process, it is crucial to precisely define the requirements for a given position. The job of a technical and sales advisor is one example where a detailed understanding of the role is essential.

Direct contact, we made direct contact with selected candidates. We conducted initial phone calls and interviews to gauge their interest in the offer and to pre-verify their qualifications.
