Inspeerity has extensive experience working with large international clients. In this case study, we will describe the process of recruiting .NET Developers.

 

Challenge

Due to the rapid growth of new projects, the company was looking for three Senior .NET Developers. The candidates would be responsible for the technological development of the client's product, with excellent knowledge of the .NET and Azure environments, while also having excellent English language skills and well-developed soft communication skills within the team.

The biggest challenge in the process was to reach candidates who matched the profile in both soft and hard skills. The process was not made easier by the difficult situation in the IT candidate market.

 

Action strategy and recruitment process

We met with Inspeerity's CEO and COO, who told us exactly what they expected from the Senior .NET developers they were looking for. The biggest challenge was working from an office in a hybrid model and locating candidates in Warsaw which resulted in the highest financial expectations of the candidates which did not always match the client's budget.

Our sourcing strategy was based on reaching candidates using Direct Search methodologies identified through the Linkedin Professional Recruiter tool, sourcing candidates from Github and from technology groups on Facebook. The challenge was to quickly reach candidates who are thinking about a job change in the highly competitive IT market and to test their soft skills.

Effects

The .NET Developer recruitment process, especially for the Senior .NET Developer position, is a fascinating challenge that requires extremely precise measures. These activities include: accurately mapping the market, developing an effective communication strategy for candidates, reaching out to a wide range of potential candidates to test their readiness for a job change, and effectively conveying the "message" to the new employer.

Thanks to a consistent approach, in line with our strategy, and effective multi-channel communication with candidates, we interviewed more than 20 Senior .NET Developers. We introduced twelve of them to Inspeerity, which made the decision to hire three of our candidates. Recruiting a .NET Developer for Inspeerity turned out to be an exceptional project in 2021. Searching for Senior Developers for clients specializing in custom software development is always a big challenge, and it gives us great satisfaction to get them.
