Basis and purpose of data processing
Personal data are processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter: "RODO").
Personal data is processed for contact purposes, including to answer a question asked via the contact form available on the website, i.e. in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO. Data may also be processed when it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract and fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator. The above is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the RODO.
The provision of data is voluntary, and in contractual relations it is a requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract. The consequence of failing to provide data in the contact form will be the inability to receive an answer to the question asked.
It is possible to object to the processing of data, request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and transfer. Everyone also has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
Consent to processing of personal data
I consent to the processing by Fast Forward Solutions Sp z o.o. of my personal data for the purpose of providing, through my e-mail address, an answer to the question asked via the contact form, in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. Furthermore, I declare that I have been informed about the possibility of withdrawing the consent granted at any time and that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Data storage time
The data shall be stored for the period necessary to clarify the matter in connection with the receipt of an enquiry via the contact form or until an objection is raised, and in contractual relationships, for the duration of the contract and, after its termination, for the period resulting from archiving regulations and the statute of limitations for claims and tax law.

Cookies are IT data, in particular text files stored on the end device of a user of ffsolutions.pl website:

Revision of security policy
The portal reserves the right to change the privacy policy if the applicable law requires it, if the technological conditions of the service change, or if the change introduces a standard higher than the minimum required by law.
