Challenge

Tech To The Rescue (TTTR) is a global initiative that connects technology companies with non-profit organizations to work together to solve critical social problems. The organization faced a unique challenge - creating a new AI-first platform to scale operations and connect technology partners with NGOs even more effectively.

For this project, they needed an expert who not only had the technological experience, but would also be able to build an AI-based solution from scratch and tailor it to users' needs. Trying to find such an expert on their own was time-consuming and at great risk of mismatch.

Our approach

Fast Forward Solutions began the process by thoroughly understanding the specifics of the project and TTTR's expectations. The priority was not only to find a person with experience in AI, but also one who understands the organization's mission and can collaborate in a dynamic, international environment.

The steps we have taken:

  • A detailed briefing with the TTTR team on the technical and business requirements of the new platform,

  • Prepare a dedicated recruitment strategy, targeting candidates with experience in building AI products,

  • Intensive direct search and head hunting among AI and software engineering candidates,

  • Precise selection for competency and cultural fit.

Recruitment process

1. sourcing and preselection - we analyzed 103 candidates from the IT and AI market.

2. recruitment interviews - focused on competencies in building AI-first platforms and experience in project work.

3. shortlist - we presented the client with only 4 candidates who met all the requirements.

4 Final selection - one person was hired and immediately began work on building a new AI platform.

We closed the entire recruitment project in just 3 weeks - from the first briefing to the signing of the candidate.
