Our client, Connthink, is a reputable company specializing in providing innovative electrical installation solutions, created by a group of experts with many years of experience. The company has been recognized for years as an expert in the implementation and integration of electronic and electrical systems, as well as the delivery of network-based solutions.

Challenge

The client needed an experienced leader for the position of Electrical Works Manager. This person was to be responsible for managing a team of specialists, developing strategies in the field of electrical works, and building lasting relationships with clients. The company was looking for a candidate with outstanding technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

We met with the Connthink Management Board to thoroughly understand the challenges facing the company, its future manager, and to learn about the organizational culture. After talking with the Management Board, we knew who we were looking for and that it would be a difficult process due to the very low responsiveness of candidates from this industry. The requirements were very specific: an experienced manager, a leader in the field of electrical works.

    Our sourcing strategy was based on reaching candidates using the Direct Search methodology, identified through the Linkedin Professional Recruiter tool, and searching for them in our unique candidate database in the Electrical Works Manager category, created thanks to the most modern recruitment tools currently available on the market.

Next, we prepared a recruitment campaign with specific parameters and an email sequence.
