Our client, Connthink, is a renowned company specializing in providing innovative electrical installation solutions , which is formed by a group of experts with many years of experience. The company has been gaining recognition over the years as an expert in implementing and integrating electronic and electrical systems and providing network-based solutions.

Challenge

The client needed an experienced leader for the position of Electrical Work Manager. This person was to be responsible for managing a team of professionals, developing strategies for electrical work and building lasting relationships with clients. The company was looking for a candidate with outstanding technical skills, leadership abilities and excellent communication skills

We met with Connthink's Board of Directors to get a thorough understanding of the challenges facing the company, its future manager, and to learn more about the company's culture. After speaking with both the Board, we knew who we were looking for and that it would be a difficult process due to the very low responsiveness of candidates in this industry. The requirements were very specific: an experienced manager, a leader in the area of electrical work

    Our sourcing strategy was based on reaching out to candidates using Direct Search methodologies identified through the Linkedin Professional Recruiter tool, and searching them through our unique candidate database in the Electrical Work Manager category created through the most modern recruitment tools available on the market today.
